Our Little Wiggle Worm

Here is a video we got at our appointment on Monday. Rhett tried to convert/upload it days ago, but was having trouble. Thanks to our friend, Rick, he was finally able to get it on the computer yesterday!

The video is about 6 minutes long, so watch as little or as much as you would like. You can see Caleb's face, legs, arms, tiny little feet, and even his heart beating! Seeing the four chambers and various heart valves is really cool. The ultrasound tech tried to record the sound of his heartbeat, but it didn't work right. I am amazed at just how much he was moving, and I couldn't feel any of it! I've started feeling a few "flutters" this past week, which has been exciting!

Enjoy!

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb." Psalm 139:13

Isn't it amazing...you'll start feeling him a lot more soon!! It gets cool and freaky later when you can see the movement on your belly. I loved every minute of it...even with my last minute hypertension issues. I doubt you'll have that to worry over.

Oh my goodness how cool! I have never seen an actual ultrasound video before, just the pics. I didn't realize you could see all the chambers of the heart and the valves going too!

This is so exciting! And I love that as I read about you seeing the chambers and valves of the heart I immediately thought back to our Body Systems Unit last term when we learned all about the heart (and other things)and Psalm 139 came to mind as it was one of our Biblical Foci for that unit...then I get to the bottom of your post and it's there! We serve and amazing God with a brilliant imagination to have created us to intricately.

Ok, done writing this novel of a post. VERY EXCITED for you guys!!
