{Project 365} - Week 6

Feb 3

{Sunday, February 3, 2013} – Aubrey was entranced by Beyonce’s performance during the Super Bowl halftime show, LOL.  (I was sick this day so we weren’t able to go to any SB parties.)

Feb 4

{Monday, February 4, 2013} – All of a sudden, Aubrey has become very destructive and Caleb’s train track setup doesn’t stand a chance!  (Notice our ghetto version of a train table = plywood covered in a sheet on top of the ottoman!  We don’t have room for a real train table in this house, but hoping that Rhett can build one for the new house eventually)

Feb 5

{Tuesday, February 5, 2013} – Nothing like a good morning scream to start the day!  Often times, one will scream (for no reason), then the other will scream back, and then they both think it’s funny and they both get to screaming.  Fun times.

Feb 6

{Wednesday, February 6, 2013} – Sometimes Caleb’s tattle-telling comes in handy….like when he comes and tells me that Aubrey “climbed up on that thing.”  I got this on mark-down at Kirkland’s years ago.  It is not the most sturdy piece of furniture and she really should not be climbing on it!

Feb 7

{Thursday, February 7, 2013} – I had my 23-week doctor’s appointment in the med center and I had to take both kids with me.  Taking both kids with me to the doctor is one of my least favorite things to do b/c keeping them both happy while WAITING is not easy!  Here, Caleb is being occupied by some puzzles on the Kindle Fire.  (or as he calls it “Daddy’s Kindle Thing”)

Feb 8

{Friday, February 8, 2013} – Ruff Ruff needed a bath because he had a bad case of the “dusty musties” according to Caleb.  (thanks to the cartoon, Doc McStuffins for that one!  Really cute show, by the way.)

Feb 9

{Friday, February 9, 2013} – Most nights, Aubrey eats before us because the girl is literally begging me for food around 5pm.  Some nights, Caleb also does and other nights he eats with us.  When we’re eating, the kids are beggars if there are chips involved!  Here is Caleb ransacking the tortilla chips.  His accomplice is close by waiting for a handout!  He kept saying “She just wants one more chip!”  I don’t mind letting them have some if they ate all their dinner.
